I visited the Ellenwood office with someone else, and the staff was very unprofessional from the front to the back, with the exception of one guy, whom I assume was a nurse assistant. We waited almost two hours and no one offered any explanation to why. It was very hot in the office, I've never known a doctor's office where it's hot. You're suppose to be in the business of helping people not hurting them. The Doctor on staff is overbooking patients, and don't take the time to answer questions properly, we were rushed right out. If I had to evaluate your office today, your office would get and "F". I would never recommend this practice to anyone, and this was my first visit. Your entire staff should learn the art of great customer service.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

I really enjoyed the time and patience, Dr. Clopton, McFarland, and John give me when I come in. I think people complain because he, Dr. Clopton never turns any patient away, no matter the ethnic backgroud of a person. Because the office is so thorough, they take the time needed to hear each and every patients problem. Then refferals are made, so that takes time as well. Angelic always makes sure that she call the referring office before you leave the office. i like this office because the doctors have more than a two minute time limit, and just shuffle you through trying to meet a deductable quota. So if you want a rush job and a doctor s office that won t listen to all, I mean all you problems trying to come up with a percise solution to your problem, well this office is not for you. IF YOU WANT AN OFFICE THAT WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR MEDICAL PROBLEM, ASK TO TO SEE MS. ANGELIC, DR. CLOPTON, MCFARLAND, OR JOHN!!! THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
