Dr Brian Blake is not part of this office. They only use his name but he is not a member of this staff.
I made an appointment with dr. Blake because he was my new provider on United Healthcare insurance. But I have been here four times and never seen him. Today I asked the nurse and she said she doesn't know who he is but he's definitely not involved with this office
