. I felt very rushed at each visit. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The doctor would come in, get on the computer, ask a few questions, and then leave the examining room without saying a word. Only on a couple of occasions did the doctor actually make me feel like a patient instead of being invisible. I had to wait in the examining room for what seemed a long time because they had taken in someone who had come in after me. Obviously, it was someone they knew. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying and intimidating.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. This office was a member of our Aetna Health Plan. As a member, our annual physicals should have been 100% completely covered under our high deductible health insurance plans. However, we received a bill. We disagreed with being billed at all. However, we didn't want there to be any problems, so my husband went to the office to pay with a credit card that is linked to our health savings account. They are UNABLE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS IN THEIR OFFICE, so they said they would send the bill to us in the mail. We received the same bill twice and filled out the appropriate form with our credit card information each time and mailed it back. We never heard any more for approximately 15 months and thought every thing was fine until we received letters from a credit collection agency stating that we still owed the office money. We are obviously going to dispute these charges. All I can say is RUN, RUN, RUN far away from this office unless you don't value your credit score and desire to have them send a credit collection agency after you.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
