When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
Dr. Howard reported another patient's test results to me (her results were dangerously high and caused Howard to give me an incorrect diagnosis.).
The TV is so loud you cannot hear the receptionist. When I asked to please lower the volume, I was told the TV was that way (directly above the receptionist's window) to drown out conversations for confidentiality. I didn't suggest a white-noise machine would be more appropriate; I hope someone will someday.
Calls were not returned.
Another problem was that blood was collected for a test on 5th of the month; I called a number of times but no lab result was available. On 21st of the month I went to the office and had to insist on getting the results before they agreed to give me the results. Then they gave me a test report for the wrong test and not from the 5th but from an earlier date. The medical assistant couldn't explain the situation when asked
