They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Hughes was originally recommended to me by a leading cardiologist in WNY, 10 years ago. Since that time my wife and several friends of mine are lucky enough to call this Doctor, their Doctor. Dr. Hughes, in a nut shell is a thorough and compassionate MD that gives a Damn.He has always been spot on with his diagnosis and his specialist recommendations have always been excellent . I rated Dr. Hughes "punctuality" excellent not because I wait a short time to see him because sometimes I don't, but because when I do see him he gives me the same careful, thoughtful attention he gives everyone. Some patients take longer than others, I understand that and appreciate it. If your looking for a solid Family Doctor, this guy is not just good he's great. His Nurses are top rate and the appointment staff is friendly and efficient. I wrote this review because I googled Dr. Hughes to get his new address and was amazed when I ran accross a review of his practice that I knew was inaccurate and I had to respond with the facts born out of 10 years of experience with this Doctor.
