They didn't gave me any information at all. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They never know how to answer your questions when you call. Staff is not very knowledgeable. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Dr. Obear never listens to you and brushes off everything you try and talk to her about. Horrible doctor!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected her. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to see her treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that she had a good relationship with all of her staff members. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
