Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are nice but sometimes overbooked. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on.They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I was amazed at the attention and follow up. More than a week after my visit I received a letter in the mail where Dr Heffernan did more research on my condition long after I left the office and sent it to me.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
