My elderly father got a flu shot from dr. Park in 2004. And has not been back since. Earlier this year, he received a notice from his insurance inquiring about a dr's appointment and 2 shots. After talking to the insurance company and the doctors office, the charges were dropped with no explanation from the dr's office.

Just yesterday my father received a bill from a laboratory for nearly $600 for a bunch of tests done by dr. Park. Again, my father has not been to dr. Park's office since 2004, nearly 10 years ago.

Once is an honest mistake. Twice is a shady doctor preying on the elderly for false payment and insurance fraud.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that the provider continuously was playing with his smart phone and unable to finish a sentence without going back to the smartphone. He was texting as I sat there. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No. It took me several times to get through.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
