Dr. Haegele is an excellent doctor. "Princess" needs to learn respect. He has vast experience and cares about his patient's vision needs. His staff needs work, though. The lady in charge of fitting glasses was actually arguing politics with a customer. Very unprofessional.

This is the most unprofessional "ghetto" operation in town! The employees are down right rude. The doctor is old enough to have witnessed the birth of Moses. He is also rude. The selection of frames is disgusting. They tell you a price of the glasses and then bill your insurance for more expensive ones. I am reporting them for insurance fraud. If you care about being treating fair, or you care about your eyesight at all do NOT come here! I realize the selection of eye doctors in the northeast is limited but it's definitely worth a bit more time and gas money to go somewhere else.
