Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
