Very responsive staff. No run around. I appreciate this coming from NYC. Of course they provide excellent care.

Appointment times are flexible and usually quite easy to schedule. If you walk in, you may have to wait a while as they (understandably) handle the appointments first before treating walk-ins. The staff is friendly and professional, and the dr. has always been quite accommodating of me even when I was being a nervous "problem child". The practice is located inside a large mall, so parking is ample, safe, and free-- but you may have to park further out during peak hours. Little online info available, but there is a good bio for the doctors.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door.
