Stay far far away from this place. Dr. Leone seemed to have an interest ONLY in providing advice that would give her the most chance of having you order contacts through her office. I have four other Mothers who had negative experiences with this practice and feel that she is not genuinely interested in the best eye care but only interested in making money. She is very pushy about ordering your contacts through her and also failed to tell me
about a lens that a company clearly makes so. She also has lenses in her store that are discontinued but is offering them at their full price, as if they
were new frames. I will never be back and neither will the four friends I happen to talk to about this practice so who knows how many more there are.

I have already told my friends and family about Dr Lione! She and her staff exceeded my expectations for customer service, care, and speed! They even took care of me while I was deployed to Afghanistan when I needed a replacement pair of glasses. I give her practice a 10 out of 10...a Perfect Score! If you want the best in eye care, go see her!!!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
