I have great respect for Dr. Sepaphi, She has taken good care of my eyes for over 5 years. Initially, I found her to be a bit strong in how she communicated her recommendations, but I soon came to see that she was concerned to protect my eyes, which I was harming through over-use of contact lenses and some poor preventive practices. I was wrong and had to change my behavior. I did and I have had no infections since.

Since that time, I have found her to be very friendly, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend her.

I would never recommend this Dr. She was extremely rude and didn't pay attention to details that were extremely important to my situation.

Yes
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription?
It seemed to be a fairly accurate prescription, but I'm still not seeing perfectly
Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments?
Yes, they always help me out
