Dr. Poulin is fantastic. An optometrist you can trust.

His billing and clerical staff, however, are borderline incompetent. You can pay your entire bill the day of your visit and still get a second bill in the mail for more money they just realized you owe. This has happened three times to me. Surprisingly, there are always extra charges that show up after my appointments now.

You can trust Dr. Poulin, but you can't trust his staff. It's getting so bad that I'm changing eye doctors after twenty years of being his patient.

I would love to recommend Dr. Poulin because he has fantastic, but his staff plays too many games with the billing.

They were so friendly and pleasant to me during my appointment and made me feel right at home.
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
