No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
