I found Dr. Chavez to be a nice doctor. The practice is a busy one but I felt that he takes the time necessary to spend with you on questions. I had Hoshimotos disease and papillary carcinoma which he diagnosed. He has been good about answering my many questions and even calls me back promptly on questions after I have left the office. He's not a warm and fuzzy type of guy but he gets the job done at the end of the day.
