Dr. Lando is an excellent physician. He pretty much saved my life by being just stern enough and kind enough to help me understand that I had to get better control of my diabetes. I have been under great diabetic control under him and his staff provide the best follow up and service. His office is very much a happy place. I already recommended Dr. Lando to several diabetics and will continue to do so.


They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I have already recommended them to multiple friends of mine. I was so happy with their care; they are one in a million. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I have diabetes. Dr. Lando has two other doctors in his practice who now work with the diabetic patients. And Meghan Baker, the PA is awesome. She paid close attention to me and gave me a healthy dose of "pick it up, or you are going to pay the consequences."
Their staff is very friendly and professional. The Reston offices is easier to get through to than the Alexandria office. I feel a lot more confident and motivated about my personal management. The office was easy enough to find, but I had a GPS
