I've dealt with hypothyroidism for years and was in need of a new physician in this area. They requested that my primary care physician send my blood work (done). I called twice to request an appt as a new patient. I was told that they would call me when they reviewed my records. Never heard from them. I don't understand why its so hard to make an appt, but this first impression just left me frustrated.
