I've been trying to get the right prescription for 3 day now from Dr. Masoodi's support staff..And receptionist replies " I'm doing my best"...

So unprofessional!!!

My medical history was already lengthy and complex when I joined Dr. Masoodi's
new practice 12 years ago, so I speak from decades of experience in the medical
world. Dr. Wasima Masoodi is in a class of her own. Surveys really should
provide a category for a physician who exceeds the elite "Excellent" status and
performs solidly in the "Extraordinary" category. During an office visit, one senses
Dr. Massodi's attention is focused solely on the patient within those four walls. Her
high intelligence, prestigious education, and meticulous medical skills, combined with
her calm positive manner, genuine kindness and human compassion, form an almost incomparable high level of professional medical care with successful results.
She's a winner. I can't adequately describe our good fortune in having Dr. Wasima Masoodi in our lives. And I mean that straight from my heart.
At every one of my office visits, Dr. Masoodi really listens to understand your problem. She listens to you completely especially when you have an unusual problem. She doesn't presume a diagnosis. She has an amazing knowledge of all aspects of medicine, not just her specialty. She is exceptionally kind and caring. Dr. Masoodi's advice is accurate and practical. M.R.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They see patients on time with little to no waiting. Dr. Masoodi really cares about her patients' health and takes a lot of different aspects into consideration, not just blood results. I would highly recommend her and this practice.

Not really
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
