I have not been called back or contacted since my appt. I have no prescriptions now and have no indication that anyone at the office even knows my name or has my contact information.
I filled out a questionnaire while waiting for my appointment (opened up with very personal and intimate info) none of the items I had talked about were addressed. I had hoped for personal service and professional treatment and was very disappointed, I know it is difficult to find a doctor who will follow through on thyroid issues and spend the effort to get your meds right but this office is definitely not the answer. If you are looking for help with your thyroid issues.....keep looking!!
I am sure they are qualified to treat patients but it appears that they have no desire to do it

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
