Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

on my very first visit , when I walked in dr b was scolding his staff loudly about something that seemed very trivial to me. Maybe he had a bad day all over , but he could have been nicer to me, also.After he got done yelling he saw me right away (first appt in the morning). I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service almost anywhere else. The man is patronizing and treated me like an idiot. I saw him maybe four or five times and decided to find somebody who listens to me. The office was easy enough to find - but why would you want to?

Dr Blanchard put me on the path to wellness! He is very thorough and answered all my questions( I went with a written list) and addressed all my concerns! I was told he is one of the best endocrinologists in the area and I understand why! He referred me to a diabetes self management program and followed up to make sure I was attending. His staff is kind, courteous and professional!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
