All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Very experienced with Medtronic Insulin Pump.
