Precious and very thorough and caring Doctor but totally impossible to get anyone to ever answer the phone and if they do they never call back. We have been trying to get a call back for test results for my mother for a long time. We have gotten answered once on phone only to be told they would have to call us back. That was in December. It is now end of January. We have called over and over. What a shame because she is so nice and knowledgeable.

Great doctor it's impossible to get the office staff on the phone I need to speak to someone and you can't get them on the phone

Dr. Ann is one of the few doctors left with bedside manner. She not only knows her medicine, but also truly cares for her patients.

Dr. Ward is an EXCELLENT doctor! She is a kind and considerate doctor who really knows her profession. She listens to her patients and spend as much time as necessary. I would recommend her to anyone I know! Her staff goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome. They are quite a friendly bunch. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away/ They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. .
