I have to disagree with the glowing comments above. Dr. Bruce is amazing, but his staff is marginal at best.... they must have changed staff in the last year because the current receptionist is impossibly non-accommodating to existing patients. Unless you have an appointment already on the books, she will not put you on a cancellation list, but says it's ok to call back every 30 minutes to check for a cancellation... WHAT!!??! For years I was happy wtih Dr. Bruce's office, but I've now found another dermatologist who actually enjoys having his patients pay for his services and I have no intention of going back to Dr. Bruce. buh bye!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
