They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk assistant. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Dr. Luu has a wonderful bedside manner. I was very nervous and scared and she made me feel very comfortable and calm. Would and have recommended her.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
