Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

I waited forever for my appointment!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
