He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
