Dr Rogers’ “exam” of my upper body was so rushed; I felt like I was just an object. I asked him, "you don't need to see the lower body?" He told the nurse to give me a full gown & walked out. Upon return, he stood squarely in front of me & said, "I just want you to know that what you said just now was very annoying to me." I was shocked & asked what I had said. He said, "You said, 'you don't need to see the lower body?' I thought I was just doing upper body; the nurse told me you didn't want lower body." I explained that I had NOT said that, but had told the nurse I was unsure, this being my 1st skin exam, and was told to start w/ upper body (half-gown). Then he lectured ME about how I need to be clear about what I want, & lectured the NURSE about how some people don't know how to communicate very well so she just needs to take charge. He spent more time berating us than on my exam! I said I didn't feel comfortable proceeding now. He said he was "just running a business efficiently"

Seems rude but gave me the right treatment so I guess he does his job well. Not very personable and spent maybe 5 minutes with me at every visit.

Rogers is very rude and condescending. He is unwilling to answer questions and becomes upset if you question him about your condition. I will not return to this jerk.

. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

We lost our insurance coverage and I asked if he could renew my daughters perscription for antibiotics for 3 month until we would hopefully have insurance again. They refused and said she would have to come in for an office visit ($80). Since I knew we would be paying full price for any perscriptions I explained it would be very expensive when all I wanted was enough of the antibiotics to keep her treatment going until things improved. Office staff acted like they didnt care. Will find another dermatologist for our entire family when we get insurance coverage.

They just rushed me in and out and didn't really take the time to address my problem. I wouldn't go back to Dr. Rogers.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes, it was convenient

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
