I had no problems with the Dr. or the staff. However, we had a billing question and have been working for a year to try to resolve it. We have still not resolved the issue. I have seen other comments related to a change in their billing and it seems like that may be the problem. We would love to pay our bill but can't do so until we resolve the billing problem. My wife has probably spent 15 - 20 hours on the phone over the past year to try to resolve the issue. We didn't know what to do so we went back to our old dermatologist who has a more professional support staff but is farther away

Dr. Feldman is great. Since the office was bought out by a corporate firm the billing is horrible!!! A toll phone number that you can't speak to anyone or leave a message. How can you resolve a billing mistake with a system like that?

Stay away from here. They sent us for Mohs surgery & we now know it wasn't needed. Dr Ester Cohen even answered her cell phone during the procedure. And the place was filthy. Dirty sinks and all. Better off to try

I used them a few years ago to have a suspicious area on my forearm examined. It was diagnosed (not melanoma) and properly removed by a PA. I was then asked by that PA to return every 3 months and this occurred for about 1 year. After that it was every 6 months for a while.

On every visit I was given a thorough skin exam by the PA. Unfortunately she must have had a fetish for the freeze spray because she used it several times on every visit. She even tried to remove a wart on my finger with it but only made it worse. She did this for 3 visits in a row but on the 4th visit I had to ask her not to do it anymore.

One one visit there was a problem found: a suspicious area on my upper chest below the neck. It was biopsied and sent to a lab. I never received the results of that biopsy. I never received a phone call from the office. After several calls I made to the office I was finally told the results were in and to come in. When I was led into the back, I was asked several questions related to billing as well as other personal info because they were "moving to a new system and could not transfer the data between systems". At some point, the PA came in and told me they did not have the biopsy results. I became very annoyed with the office at that point: I was told to come in, I was made to pay my co-payment, questioned for their new billing system and never received any service. This was especially annoying because I had to pay them to update my records.

I was visibilly annoyed because the PA said something to me. I told her my problem with her and the office and asked for my copayment back, which I did receive. In the approximately 2 years since I have not been back. Not at anytime did I ever see a doctor, only a PA.

I did make an appointment with another dermatologist and I did get to see the doctor. He examined me and seemed surprised that I was visiting him. I told him my history and he said I would not have to see him again for 1 year. One more thing...he didn't seem to have a freeze spray fetish because it was not used on me once.

Unfortunately and with potentially serious consequences, I never did find out the results of the biopsy done in Feldman's office.
