They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Barnett has such an excellent medical reputation, but his patient-interaction skills are awful. I now go to one of the other practitioners in this practice.

When you call just to get a refill for Rx, they always give you a hard time and force you to come in just to pay the co-pay. Dr. Barnett does not care for his patients, and tries to see people as quick as possible so he can move onto the next patient, he is a money guzzler and doesn't care about answering my questions or treating me with gentle care. I am switching dermatologists as soon as I get a chance. Avoid at ALL COSTS! There are better Doctors with more experience outside of his Olney practice.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
