I was very nervous about see anyone about my rash. I went in and he treated it very quickly. He also found a mole that needed to be removed. Thankfully it was not a cancer. The are a on my chest has healed very well with no scar. A very kind doctor too.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
