I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
