They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
