Front desk girl name Ashely was extremely rude. Giving medication advice even though she was not even a nurse. She talked over me, and can't get a word into her. I am having a procedure done, and no written instructions were given how to prepare for the procedure. You get a phone call from a nurse and she would go over the instructions 100 miles an hour over the phone with tons of info, and when you ask to repeat it she sounded very annoyed. Not very friendly staff overall. I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen, and I had to be rushed out before all my questions were answered.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
Billing practices are suspect - and healthcare billing is my career. They even have a sign on the front desk telling patients NOT to disuss billing with their provider! Very inappropriate.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
