Two and one half hour wait time, rude staff gave false information as to when you will be seen. This Doctor is like an airline, they overbook and so does he. Got so fed up with lies and BS stories, that I just left.

Staff could not verify insurance copays. Tried to get me to sign something that they were a different company for payment which they could not explain so I refused. Dr was rude and spent the 15 min time doing nothing but telling me how to reduce my calorie intake, very very rude. He prescribed medication to lower my blood pressure based on that one visit. Scheduled a test that was done in local office but sent it to insurance as if done at local hospital causing me to have a $200 copay. Him nor his office ever called with test result even though he had me on medication the test showed no issues and yet no call to stop medication. I had to go to my primary care doctor for test results. This doctor submitted a bill for another test he did not do but I gave him a copy for the test my primary care doctor did. I am now in dispute with insurance company over his processing of the test as if it were done at a hospital and the large fee I will now have to pay as a result. Doctor and staff were rude and not professional.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This doctor didn't want to hear about my issues and wanted to just prescribe a half a dozen medicines for me without giving me details as to what the meds do and why they might be needed. When I tried to ask any questions he became angry. It was a strange and unprofessional visit to say the least.
