It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Dr. Kaplan is the very best at his profession. His amicable manner and his incredible attention to detail and passion for helping people are features that set him apart. His capacity to listen is the best that I have encountered in a physician. Highly, highly recommend him.

Couldn't have been happier with my experience with this doctor and his office. Friendly, engaging staff who seem to really enjoy working in this office and with Dr.Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan spent a great deal of time with me trying to get to the root of my problem. Found him to be a great listener who was easy to talk to. Very thorough; explained everything including the testing needed and the medicines prescribed and their possible side effects. He diagnosed me with a chronic sinus infection that two other doctors missed. As a result of his treatment, not only are my sinuses better, my asthma has also improved markedly!
