I was given this doctors name many years ago from a friend. Dr. Dickens has been a good doctor. But back in late 2016 to the second quater of 2020 I have had nothing but issues with 2 main employees with Dr. Dickens office staff. These 2 main employees are rude, insufficient of types of insurance benefits and tell you that you do not have that type of benefit on your plan and you show them the proof of that benefit. If it keeps up this doctor will lose all of her patients and her practice will close due to the 2 main employees are rude, insufficient of types of insurance benefits.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
