I love that they are always concerned with the well being of the person they are treating and try to explain and calm down parents who are scared that their child might end up in the Emergency ward of the nearest hospital. My child gave us such a scare back in 1990. Dr. Patel and his staff did a remarkable job controlling the issues she was having. Dr. Patel and his staff remembered her when she went back as an adult. Now he is treating my wife and me. We would recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone who is looking for an excellent Doctor who gets results. In my family's opinion he is the best in the field.

Dr. Patel is a consummate professional. He takes the time to explain why he is doing certain procedures or recommending a certain treatment. I appreciate his honesty and openness to helping you understand your treatment. I've only seen him twice so far but he's one of the most engaged doctors I have visited yet.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office was easy enough to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
