I received my diagnosis from the "nurse" and after reviewing my medical records recently, I can see that there are test results that were never explained to me. The doctor listened, but did not listen well enough because there were inaccuracies in the record. I have repeatedly asked for these to be corrected and yet several weeks have passed and nothing happened. Even worse was the experience with the staff--unprofessional, incompetent, and extremely unkind.
