Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I can see myself recommending this doctor to my family and friends. I think they would be happy with their services just as I was. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
