Three stars because we are ambivalent at this time, tending toward seeking a second opinion. So, without getting into too many details, here is our experience with this doctor and staff:

1-Reception is courteous, but cold and has a tendency to ignore you when you come in. Nurses are warm on the other hand and great with kids. Dr will take her time with you and is very business-like.
2-Dr does not run on time, e.g. on our first appt we waited 1.5 hour. I can only surmise an emergency, which is fine, but staff failed to keep us informed. It was rather frustrating.
3-Dr has yet to win our confidence despite her credentials and referral, which is why we picked her; she was too quick at blaming a "cause" without having finished all the testing and our child is already on three different medications with a fourth we discontinued.
4-We understand it is not easy to find causes in this field; however, we will be seeking a second opinion after our next appt if our confidence level doesn't rise and cause is not conclusive based on tests/science.
