I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
