No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr. Ruiz is the kindest and most helpful doctor that you will ever meet. He truly cares about kids and had asthma as a child so he understands their pain. The secretary at the Lake St. Louis office is VERY unfriendly and down right rude actually. She seems angry all the time. But I think she works in that office for all the doctors that travel there and not just for Dr. Ruiz. Luckily, he is so awesome and most of the nurses that give the shots are so great that I will put up with the secretary.
