Dr. Guernica has a terrific personality and it is clear that she truly cares about all of her patients. She goes above and beyond, keeps herself abreast of all new studies and information, and her follow-up with patients is admirable. At worst, she may seem a little flighty, but that's because she is so intelligent that she's analyzing from every angle. The nurses and receptionists are for the most part lovely. Connie makes you feel like you're family and you can't help but smile after talking to her. One notable exception is Pat--the short, round, balding woman who I swear must toss or "circular file" messages and paperwork that I drop off because they seem to "disappear" or take weeks when left with her. Her personality is much as she looks- a grumpy ol' troll. Aside from her, the practice is terrific.
