Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Dr. Rhee is the ultimate professional. My mother went to more than one pain specialist and Dr. Rhee was able to manage her pain far above and beyond any other pain specialist she visited. I have referred everyone with pain issues here. My mother recently passed and I am so grateful to Dr. Rhee for all the pain relief he provided her over the years.
