I have called over 5 times to make an appointment - but they never answer. I'm not going to a center that doesn't answer the phone, but expects me to leave a message. I get it, once in a while, when they're busy....but never being able to get ahold of them is ridiculous!

Over the years I've made numerous visits to this office when my back "went out" or my neck was stiff. I almost never had to make a repeat visit for the same issue. This doctor has in my file numerous notes of thanks for making me good as new in only one visit.

Dr. Coplen always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. He doesn't exaggerate his abilities (too, too much ;), but he has a fantastic, somewhat corky, sense of humor that you just come to love and appreciate. And although he's hilarious, he truly cares about each person he's working with. You won't be left behind. He has a professional yet personable way of making me feel important and respected. Dr. Dennis Coplen is a great doctor, and I highly recommend him and his practice. :-)

Dr. Coplen know what he is doing. His approach is gentle but effective. I have a twingy back which acts up periodically when I overdo my everyday life, like carrying a 50 lb bag of animal feed or doing yoga 2 days in a row for 90 minutes. He has a great sense of humor and makes the process a pleasant experience. His wife Jan runs the front office. She is as nice as pie and also efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Coplen.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
