I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Best of all Dr. G corrected my problem without ongoing visits being necessary.

I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either.
