The professionalism you'd expect from a seasoned Doctor is clearly evident. The receptionist seems to always be upbeat, sympathetic and efficient. When I arrive on time for my appointment, I am usually attended to within 10 minutes on a consistent basis. Just enough time to unwind from the drive before your treatment. Treatment plans have always been effective as my daughter who was in an accident can attest to. My husband has experienced neck relief and my hips & joints seem to flow again after our treatments. Why the interest in bathrooms being evaluated is beyond me, but they are fresh & clean. Why the half star? Because no one is perfect.

I have gone to Dr. Jacobson for the last 20 years. He is phenomenal. Always helps me. He is my first recommendation to anyone who has problems with their back ....he is always right on with his diagnosis and is a very pleasant man.

Not only did I have any more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was greeted by Dr. Jacobson himself and right from the beginning I felt he really cared!. I left feeling better than any other Chiro appointment - I loved the hands on therapy and his use of pressure points. He is is very calm and soothing in his manner!

I went to see Dr. Jacobson for some muscle cramps I'd been having for months. Just one visit to his office made all the difference! I felt much better immediately after, and by the end of the week, all soreness and cramping had gone. He is friendly and professional. I was referred there by a friend, and since my visit, I have referred several others who have also benefited from his work.
