When you can get into to see her she is great but she hasn't returned most of our phone calls and the office is closed during the posted hours that we have stopped by to try and get in to see her. This has happened three times in the last year when we have a family member in terrible pain show swears by her so only wants to see her. So I would give her a GREAT rating if you can see her. But a TERRIBLE rating if you need her and she isn't available when her phone, sign and internet rating says she is available.
