Every time I have needed to see Dr. Medelberg he has been able to get me in asap, the treatment I have received has always been beneficial, and I am more than satisfied with the results. The charges are very reasonable. The entire office staff is always very kind and helpful.

Very caring and listens to your concerns.
Will let you know if he cannot help you any further. If he isn't open and you need another treatment on a Saturday he will try to get you in.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
